We stopped by just browsing helmets, and Scott came over quickly to demo and explain all the niches of each model and brand. He was very helpful and even helped transferring my old intercom to the new helmet and installed new visor and pinlock

I came in as a new rider having just got my license. Jacob was really helpful in my selection of a helmet and jacket. I was a little nervous to go in as a single woman into an environment that is usually viewed as a male prominent sport. But I was welcomed, respected, and not talked down to. I was really impressed with the range of selection for women's jackets. They could have a few more options for pants, but I understand that it's really difficult to stock pants when everyone's sizing is different. Simply the best customer service I’ve ever experienced and I really appreciate the shop’s layout. Every time I visit the shop to make a purchase, I’m able to get what I intended to get.
