We started with an initial free lesson to get acquainted with Joe and Sarah as well as go over some initial steps and talking through our vision for the dance and how much time it might take us to learn. This took place at TimeOut Ballroom in Costa Mesa which had spacious parking and two dance rooms upstairs and downstairs. Highly recommend Joe! My partner and I had zero dance experience, but in just three sessions, he got us completely ready for our wedding first dance. He took our ideas, improved the choreography a ton, and made us feel really confident. The studio itself has a super comfortable, welcoming vibe which made learning a lot less intimidating. He was also incredibly accommodating and went out of his way to squeeze us into his schedule right before our wedding just to make sure we felt ready. He genuinely cares about his students—book him!
