I will have to say my experience at Optica has been the best experience I ever experience. I first spotted that place at the south Coast Plaza mall back in 2017. I went in there for the very first time and since the first time that I stepped foot in there, there were so helpful they answer all my questions my concerns. They actually took the time to really help me out and understand what my needs were as far as Optical glasses or sunglasses. I never felt pressure or uncomfortable being in there. Great service here and so fast.I had them fix a pair of cartiers, and they are much better than before. They actually stay together now and sit on my face perfectly! Also I had them fix a pair of Gucci glasses. They were done within a 1 hour. And they look perfect.
I highly recommend shopping here, they have a great selection of high end glasses

What an amazing service! Such friendly and generous staff! My wife's sunglasses were missing a screw. They took their time to find the right screw and replace it and above all they didn't even charge us. I would highly recommend them and we will definitely go back to them for all our optical needs.
