What an amazing service! Such friendly and generous staff! My wife's sunglasses were missing a screw. They took their time to find the right screw and replace it and above all they didn't even charge us. I would highly recommend them and we will definitely go back to them for all our optical needs.

I had an amazing experience at the optical boutique inside South Coast Plaza. This was my first time purchasing high-end eyewear, and the service was beyond excellent. Sherri helped me throughout the entire process — her 45 years of experience in both the artisan and optical world really showed.

She took the time to understand what would work best for my face shape and lifestyle. With her guidance, I ended up choosing the DITA Flight 006 for sunglasses and the Balmain x Akoni Brigade III for my optical glasses. Both look incredible, and I couldn’t be happier with my choices. I cannot be more pleased with my service at Optica South Coast Plaza this weekend. I was assisted by Amanda within minutes, and she was able to fix my Acne Studios sunglasses in about 5 minutes. Amanda was pleasant and helpful. I will be returning soon!
