I've been to both locations (the newer one is Costa Mesa, but there's one location in Rowland Heights as well). I couldn't find the location and was running late but they were so courtesy and was waiting for me. They escorted me to my room and I immediately changed into a robe. I purchased a 3 facial package and they basically just pick items that your skin needs. She said my face needed a little brightening and something for my pores. I love that it was a relaxing experience; I don't like chatty facial workers and she didn't ask me a ton of question and just got started. My beautician, Luna, did such an amazing job!! I did the V-Mommy Facial because my face just doesn't know how to retain moisture ‍I absolutely loved this facial and will be coming again!

Very pleased with the facial I received from Luna today. Beautiful and relaxing facility, high quality products and kind professionals. My skin feels great and is smooth and hydrated. What solidified the experience for me is that Luna applied sunscreen at the end (a sheer one), which shows how much they care about proper skin care.
