There is no better flooring company than JACE Hardwood Flooring. We had the most incredible, streamlined experience. The owner, George, is so responsive. He answered every single phone call and would message us back within minutes. He created multiple samples for us, is extremely knowledgable and provided expert advice to guide us into making all the right decisions. He was flexible with us on our timing/schedule when our home didn't close when we initially thought it would and still got the job done ahead of schedule. JACE was recommended as the best flooring company to call after I saw that my original contractor used less than half the recommended amount of finish for my floors' first finish coat.When George reviewed my floors, he found cupping throughout my new solid white oak boards -- plus delamination already taking place in my kitchen's new engineered oak, and red oak wood filler mistakenly used on my new white oak stairs.George agreed to take on my job in a way that would guarantee success.
