This place is the best! I love the sunrise yoga classes, the classes are perfect for beginners but also for people who have been practicing for years. The smaller class sizes are great and the teachers really take time to give personal attention to each student.
Katlyn is an amazing teacher and her adjustments are divine! I have been coming here for a few months and cannot rave enough about this entire studio! From the moment you walk in the door the atmosphere is so warm and nourishing. I love that they incorporate so much mindfulness and joy in each practice and I just can't get enough! I recognize so much growth and progress in myself as well thanks to Katlyn and Scott for guiding me in the right direction!!
