We loved our Hotel, but Jacob (Aberto?) at the front desk was our life saver!! We were having problems booking our room and he was so extremely helpful and kind to us. He made our stay so much smoother! I never write reviews, but this time I felt like I needed to!
Did stay there. Went for a convention. But right off the freeway. Easy to find and they have great places near by for food. A wonderful place to stay if I needed. 5 stars all the way ?
Got in very late 1AM on May 4 2026 and my booking was for the wrong date. : (/ Lance was very helpful in sorting it all out and set me up, even offering a later check-out time. Very much appreciated by a weary traveller!
