The floors in my home are cupping, buckling, cracking and chipping. I reached out to installer and he got in touch with manufacturer, Lions Floor. Manufacturer completely denied their responsibility for advertising the floor as 100% waterproof and not advising to install plastic sheeting under the flooring (as this was not the industry standard at the time), blaming the problem on excessive moisture. The installer hired Jeff Meltzer of Flooring Detective. Jeff provided a very detail inspection report with measurements and pictures, showing there is no excessive moisture in the floor.
