We are so grateful for Emerald at Empressed Salon! She truly understands curls - and not just how to style them, but how to celebrate them. She made Kai feel so comfortable and confident, working with the beautiful texture she already has instead of trying to make it something different. Emerald is such a gem (pun intended!) and I cannot recommend her enough. We spent pretty much the whole day together today and not only was she a joy to talk to, but my highlights turned out perfect. She checked in with my every step of the way to make sure that I was happy with it. Her suite was super cute and stocked with snacks. She gave my some bubbly and water to sip on while I was sitting under the dryer. I had an amazing time!
Getting my hair done with Emerald was an amazing experience. She is such a sweet soul to be around and really made my first-ever haircut such a breeze. I pray all the OC curly hair girls find her as her business grows because she truly gets our hair. I will absolutely be coming back and bringing everyone along with me. Thanks Emerald! I love the new style. :)
