Dr. Caraza is knowledgeable, friendly, professional, helpful, caring, and very accommodating. I would highly recommend going to her for both chiropractic and acupuncture appointments. I went for both and it was extremely helpful treating a back and ankle problem. She has also helped with maintenance ever since and it’s been very worth it!

I can’t say enough about Elements of Wellness and my acupuncturist, Linda Vu. I came in struggling with nerve damage in my foot, which affected both my mobility and my daily comfort. From the very first session, Linda has been attentive, compassionate, and committed to helping me improve.
She always takes the time to listen and tailors each treatment with the goal of reducing my pain and increasing my mobility. What an absolutely fantastic practice. Dr. Lynda is incredible, I've seen immediate overall improvement. She's patient, understanding, super knowledgeable and offers expertly crafted care for your specific needs. I've gone in for a variety of ailments all of which have seen immediate improvement due to Lynda's laser focused care and treatment. All the staff are friendly, welcoming and extremely easy to do business with as well. The facilities are serene and inviting. The care they provide is top notch. I highly recommend this practice, and above all Dr. Lynda, to anyone inquiring.
