Overall, the center is seen as a valuable resource, offering hope and guidance to families navigating the challenges of autism and neurodevelopmental disorders.
Dr. Sara Bollens is an extraordinary person who has helped our family tremendously by doing psychological testing for my daughter at the Center after her autism diagnosis. She is warm, knowledgable and a great asset to the fascility. She does not only care for her patients, but also shows regard and genuine care for the parents as well. I am forever grateful to Dr. Bollens and look forward to having our paths cross again at the Center for Autism in Costa Mesa. Warmest regards, Ivana
I have had a good experience at the Autism Center. Your staff is very friendly. The waiting time to have an appointment is the only inconvenience that is frustrating, because as parents we yearn for prompt help so that our children can have the necessary support to achieve the maximum development of their abilities and their energy potential is focused on their preferences. . Thank you for being the light on the path of so many children and families who, thanks to your assistance, diagnosis and accompaniment, every day together we overcome great challenges.
Doctors their are uber-fantastic, but unfortunately the staff is uber-awful. If the doctors their weren't as great as they are and just mediocre, I would not hesitate to switch to another doctor. Yes the staff is that bad. Their level of unkindly behavior is just appalling; particularly at the frontdesk? You will be treated as if you were bothering them. Just ask other parents you'll meet in the waiting area.
