My mother is a stage 4 cancer patient who has received multiple surgeries and is undergoing ongoing treatment. All of it has increasingly taken its toll on her. Before Care Partners, I was doing all the caregiving by myself while working full-time and it was increasingly taking its toll on me too. But now, thanks to Care Partners and the two wonderful respite caregivers they send, Sharon Diaz and Claudia Aguado (and Ashley Cervantes filling in one time), I can attend to other matters while my mom receives the help she needs from these amazing caregivers. Lina @ Care Partners at Home has been such a delight to work with. She was a tremendous help to me all along the way in this journey of home care. My mother underwent a knee replacement and required long-term assistance after returning home. Kaiser referred her to Care Partners for in-home care during her recovery.
Over the course of several weeks, I worked closely with Lina while arranging the additional support my mother needed following her surgery, which had been significantly delayed due to the Kaiser strike. Throughout the process, Lina was professional, compassionate, kind, and extremely helpful.
