Wow! I’m pretty blown away how amazing this company is. We had them install a new system a year ago. It started making some vibrations a year later and they quickly came out to inspect it and see what was going on. They were not happy with the way the system was working so contacted the manufacturer and got them to replace the unit. Not only that they were able to upgrade the system for me. Now our ac is amazing and keeps our house perfectly comfortable at all times. This is a family owned business and you can feel the care and love they have for their business and clients. I had a new motor installed in my AC unit which was recommended since the current one installed for quite some time had died.Moe showed me the bad motor and truly it needed replaced since we had problems with our AC last week.I thought it was going to quite some time to get the matter but Tanya made it happen who is so excellent with her team of workers.The AC feels so great now.The price was affordable & no more hot summer days.Coolant level was checked & fine.They know their job so very well.I thank Moe for installing the new motor & a very special thank you to Tanya who made it happen with no long scheduling wait.I would highly recommed Basic Air to anybody needing...read full review
