OMG Eric at Balport is a rockstar! Had a super complicated lock on my back door break w the deadbolt out. Couldn’t shut or lock my door. Has the rods that lock above and below in the door too. Was supposed to take a week to get the parts and the door has to be removed to fix it. Eric worked on getting the deadbolt and poles back in the door to shut it. Then drove back to the shop to get a temp lock to make it secure temporarily for me. He actually came back and worked for hours w a new internal lock and totally fixed it! W some of the old door handle hardware!! No waiting a week or more appts. He went above and beyond and spent so much time and effort. Super appreciated.

I needed to unlock my dad’s safe when he passed away. I called around and talked to a few business and seemed to be from a call center not the actual locksmith. One guy came out and he barely spoke English and came out in a Tesla wearing sweats and flip flops. He wanted to cut it open without even trying to crack the combo. I rejected him and then he asked for payment . When I called Ryan at Balport he assured me he could open it and when he came out he opened it with a few minutes. He was very professional and fairly priced. Good honest guy. I highly recommend him.
