I have been coming to Garibay Tax services for 30 + years since they 1st started out on Bristol and Wilshire. I no longer live in Orange County but I make the drive out to their office every tax season.

This is my second time coming to Garibay tax services and their service has been consistently excellent. Staff is very caring, patient, and knowledgeable. I had the pleasure of working with Abel this tax year and he was amazing! Super helpful and patient! Highly recommend this place as your go to tax service location!

had a very disappointing experience filing my tax forms with this business. The level of customer service and quality of assistance was far below what I expected. Filing taxes can already be stressful, and instead of receiving helpful guidance, I felt like my concerns and questions were brushed aside.
There was a clear lack of communication and professionalism throughout the process. When clients trust a business with something as important as their tax information, they should receive patience, clear explanations, and proper support. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
