Vlad gave us outstanding service. We had a few problems with our refrigerator. One of these was simply adjusting a temperature setting and that seems to work. Vlad walked us through the other potential causes and fixes if the problem returns. We were impressed with his knowledge and straightforward approach, not automatically performing an expensive repair. We had issues with a very annoying sound from our dryer. We immediately stopped using it and called Vladimir with Access Appliance Repair. He arrived within his estimated time that afternoon. He was efficient in diagnosing our problem with our dryer and we were fortunate that he had the necessary repair parts. The dryer is now running as good as new since Vladi cleaned, lubed and repaired our dryer.
