I've known of Warby Parker for years, but before today, I'd never tried any of their frames. I had a really positive experience at the Corte Madera shop today. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. All of the staff were warm and welcoming and helpful. Best of all, the woman who helped me purchase my new glasses was exceptionally patient while I struggled to choose between two styles. She offered input, but didn't try to take over, and she didn't rush me. I'm looking forward to receiving my finished glasses!
They are very nice and were patient with me when I was frustrated - I am not proud I lost my cool and wasn’t as respectful and understanding as I should have been when no one was in that could adjust my daughter’s glasses. I apologize about that. Thanks for all your help!
Had a wonderful experience! The doctor was friendly and professional. Answered all my questions. Picking out glasses was a breeze. I was fortunate to work with a very savvy saleswoman. Her recommendations were excellent and I was very happy with our final selection. Reasonably priced and lots of choice.
