Great place for kids. Highly recommend! I'm updating this review from 7 years ago. Both of my kids earned their Adult Black Belts. One of the best things I did as a parent was enrolling them at PMA.

Our son has been going to PMA for a few years now. It's been a great support to his confidence and resilience. What they teach is a great grounding and compliment to what kids get from other sports - a set of tools to grow with physically and mentally. Mike and team are great coaches.

Wonderful place for kids development. My 4 year old grandson is enrolled and I take him to his classes on a regular basis. He has taken to the instructions and made steady progress with developing his muscle coordination. The instructors and owner are terrific with the kids and add elements of play into the instructions to keep it friendly and fun for the younger ones. Nice emphasis on respectful behavior and developing discipline by following instructions.
