I find Susie to be friendly, honest , reliable , and very competent. My items are always ready for pick up as promised and perfectly executed. It’s gratifying to consistently feel welcome as a regular customer .

Hi - we came by to pick up a tux we had dry cleaned but you had closed just minutes before. We're trying to reach you because you are closed tomorrow and the event is tomorrow. Could you please send us a message here? We've tried your phone number several times and we talked to you directly this afternoon and you told us to come by around 4pm. We did and you weren't here.
