I was impressed with the compassionate and thorough care I received as a walk-in on a recent Saturday. I was grateful for a short wait but even more for the thoughtful questions Dr. Martin asked and the information she provided. Alex took my blood pressure, did x-rays, and also answered my questions. In fact, the x-rays were sent to a radiologist and the report was received while I was finishing up my visit! While it would have been EVEN better if I'd been able to make an appointment in advance, I was very well cared for at Medical Center of Marin as a walk-in. Thank you.
I only had my first visit so far but I was very impressed with the doctor and staff. Unlike a big competitor of theirs that starts with a “C” that was so bad I transferred my care to MCO Marin, I was treated with care and courtesy and not like it was a cattle call.
Kind, caring and efficient team from start to finish. I made an appointment and waited for a short, reasonable amount of time. They even took my x-rays on the same day and gave me my x-ray report results before I left. I hope to not have a reason to come back, but if I do, I know I'll be in good hands.
