I’ve been to a ton of Chiropractors (4 in Marin alone) and Dr Britton is by far the best. If you have an issue with your body that you want to resolve - go to her. If you just want to get cracked because you like the way it feels, go somewhere else. She is not happy cracky.I’ve had chronic issues with my back for a very long time and she took the time to really diagnose and then treat the source of the issue, not just the location of pain. I have had knee issues for years and been to several PT's and Chiropractors. Marilyn was referred to me by a massage therapist and I had the best session with her! She did a working stretching release that helped me realize how tight my thighs were and how to get my knees tracking the right way. She even adjusted my back in a way where it didn't get stuck again in the same way. She is the most knowledgeable chiropractor I have been to along with an amazing sweet demeanor. I highly recommend you see her, especially if you suffer from long term issues where you just are not getting the release you want!
