I recently moved from SoCal to NorCal. There are mo Madison Reed salons near me. Imy hair was a mess and needed help!
I drove an hour to MR Corte Madera. I was greeted and seated promptly and the colorist got to me quickly. She did my hair, we had a nice chat and then I relaxed until it was time for the shampoo.
BEST person to shampoo me! Correct height of the neck holder, water temperature perfect and not one drop splashed on my face or down my back! (I have had a couple of very wet experiences). She also gave me a nice scalp massage.

Serena at the Corte Madera location is awesome. I came in with my daughter who had put too much SunIn in her hair. As a 15-year-old, my kid was desperate to get help. Serena was so patient and thoughtful and explained all of our choices. She made my daughter feel very comfortable and at ease. I would highly recommend that you go to her if you go to the salon. She also worked quickly and we were out of there within an hour and a half. Serena has a really kind disposition & a way to make other people feel comfortable and give them space to make their decisions. She did a great job with the color and we will definitely be back.Thank you Serena.
