The communication with the esthetician / owner was really spotty, I couldn't get any information regarding possible cancellations and the response time took awhile. The facial was rather vigorous and there was a LOT of upselling about the permanent make up during the facial. It was distracting. The space is super tight, but I was comfortable and she offered an giant cozy blanket. (I kinda wondered if it gets laundered in between clients or you just hope for the best. Overall, it's not a place I'd return. Oh and it was a Groupon. Once you make the appointment, it is immediately redeemed (before you even go). That was odd.

I have been going to Jessica for a few years and she really does give a great facial....worth every cent! She's made such a difference in my skin! I always come away relaxed and feeling pampered. An added bonus is that she gives a great neck and shoulder massage while there.

Excellent facial and soothing massage. With added dermabrasion, acid peel and microblading, my skin never looked better. Responds to text for appointments and now located conveniently on E Street in San Rafael. Follows safety protocols, I will be back soon.
