BEWARE of this woman she is a scam artist! She had talked me into prepaying for 3 facials. Everytime she booked me she would cancel the day of my service. This happened over 6 times. I have all of our texting. She refused to refund me my money. The last time she did it I took of time from work and was in mid drive to the office! She said she had Covid and was in the middle of giving someone else a facial. She still refused to refund my $180. She is a con artist beware. She is crazy

She cancelled on me and when asked for a refund will not refund.

I asked my card company to refund. She is saying to my card company I used services. I never did.

Now showing all dialogue with my card company to get a full refund on services never provided.

What an awful waste of time and energy. Stay away from this vendor.

This business is a scam, I would stay away from them. Whatever you do, do not buy the package deal they try to sell you... I ended up wasting money because the owner refused to accommodate my schedule and refused to give me a refund... I think this is a grift... BE CAREFUL.
