I went to Kim at the recommendation of a friend. It was very hectic and I waited to be seen for about 15 minutes. She seated me and kind of talked about what I wanted and then went off and mixed the hair color. To be clear and I told her this; what I wanted was just some highlights and a haircut. She told me that my hair was thin on the top and that it needed color. And that i shouldn't cut it short as then I would have bad hair days! She did not listen at all. She started doing the highlights and then started painting in all over color. I asked her what she was doing, and she said she had to do it that way to cover up the gray...but I wasn't shown the color.... read full review

The salon is definitely one of the best in the Bay. My wife and I dont even mind driving all the way there from Walnut Creek few times a year. The products they use are great, the service is very detailed and caring. Everytime we come here we leave very happy.
