What an unexpected treat! The studio is a serene sanctuary and our instructor Cresentia was awesome. She had such positive energy, provided clear instructions and took the time to make sure folks had the support they needed. Definitely recommend taking a class with her or a private session!
I’ve never been to a studio that as body and results oriented than this one. My experience here has been head and shoulders better than any chain I’ve been too. I’ll be back for more.
Highly recommend Radical Change Pilates studio. The environment and instructors, Andrea and Sydney in particular, are phenomenal. This is the Pilates studio you want to join if you truly want to bring awareness to your mind and body during your Pilates sessions. Everyone (instructors and students) are kind and supportive; it’s an amazing environment and group to be a part of. I have five Pilates studios within a 10 minute, non-freeway drive from my place, which I have taken classes at, and I choose to drive the extra distance just for these classes.
