Building a house while raising two young kids was challenging, but this team made things less overwhelming. They kept appointments on time and explained paperwork in simple language. The final walkthrough lasted longer than expected because they encouraged us to inspect everything carefully. Kraig is THE MAN. Seriously. If you’re looking for someone with an amazing work ethic who will handle your project with care, he’s your guy. I live in Phoenix and own a condo at The Shores that was in -desperate- need of a full remodel. If you’re familiar with The Shores, you know each tower has its own HOA with many strict rules and regulations when it comes to remodels. Kraig knows all of them like the back of his hand!
