Very professional and great service. Staff are very knowledgeable and customize the stretching for what you need that session. Don't forget to bring socks, required to wear (you can also purchase if you forget). I have been 3 times so far (Coronado location) highly recommend.

If you need to get stretched go to Jo Stretch!! Deja was amazing and explained everything she was doing and even gave me stretch homework to do. The shop is clean and everyone is very professional. Allow time to find parking!

Signed up for the 4, 25 minute session package. I admit I was skeptical...really your going to stretch me!? After 4 sessions I can say; totally worth it! Easy to book appointments. Easy to get in and out. They start and finish on time. I tried 4 different instructors and they were all excellent. Great advice on what to do for my specific issues while at work and home. Liked it so much I bought 20 more sessions and will increase from 25 minute sessions to 50 minutes. Has already helped with some very specific pain point I have and has given me hope that I can avoid surgery or pain medication. Well done team Jo! Well done.
