So happy I found FitLab!First, the workout - they use the ARX machines which employ adaptive resistance training. This is a high intensity, highly efficient way to work your muscles for maximum benefit. There are tons of different exercises the machines can do so workout can be finely tuned to your body and goals. If you are a person who likes data and measures, the ARX machines are aweseome - they track everything about your workout and keep historical data so you can track your progress. I got a free pass from a golf outing I attended in Coronado and gave it a try. I needed a quick 20-30 minute full-body workout that gets results with a hectic work schedule. The staff was terrific, and the studio is top-notch. They had everything I was looking for, the ARX resistance workout machine in 7 minutes (felt like ARNOLD after). Climbing Everest in 10 minutes on the Versa Climber and finishing off with the Tour De France (jk not really but felt like it) on the Carol bike for 3 minutes was amazing.
