I have fibromyalgia and crepitus in my shoulder plus lower back minor arthritis so trust me when I say this place really helps!! This place has become my ritual every week! They are so nice and professional! If you’re having any sort of pain/ discomfort give them a try! You won’t regret it!
I have been limited in movement's lately due to an injury. I went in just to move with some assistance. Itzel did a great job, avoided the injuries and stretched the rest. Great session! Great therapist! Made me feel 65 again. LOL
Very professional and great service. Staff are very knowledgeable and customize the stretching for what you need that session. Don't forget to bring socks, required to wear (you can also purchase if you forget). I have been 3 times so far (Coronado location) highly recommend.
