My experience here is mostly positive, especially with morning sessions when everything feels fresh and organized. I like that there’s no unnecessary noise or distractions. One issue I faced was a broken handle on a machine, which was fixed after I informed them twice. After that, everything went back to normal. It shows they do respond, just not instantly sometimes.

In town for a few days and needed to lift some heavy things. Day pass was easy to purchase online. Staff were super helpful and nice. Facility packs a lot of equipment very effectively in a relatively small space. The early morning regulars were also very cool about sharing with an out of towner. Great experience!

CFC is the best gym on the island! Chris and all of the trainers are very personable, knowledgeable, and make the experience of getting back in shape a positive one. The gym is fully equipped, and has everything you need to get a good workout in, including a variety of classes to choose from. Would highly recommend!
