Vintage design is by far the worst flooring company you could ever potentially higher. I bought a brand new home and they happen to be the ones who install the flooring we have been in this house for less than a year and all of the flooring is peeling up and bubbling and you can see all the tack strips in the carpet. We are constantly stepping on nails, and the carpet is not even tucked under the baseboards. They have sent people to my home to fix the flooring twice now and every time they fix some thing a new issue arises with the flooring. Serg came to my home to do a "inspection." he was rude to my husband and brushed off all of my areas of concerned. He then turned around and told the builders that this was normal wear for flooring that's less than a year old!!! They offered to fix the peeling up flooring, but I declined them to come into my home for a third time. There is no point in them to continue to come into my house and incorrectly, fix the flooring which is causing more flooring issues. I now have to spend thousands of dollars to replace flooring in my brand new house!

Farrah was amazing to work with and super personable; if it was just her, this would be 5 stars. Jordan, on the other hand was the opposite. Really cold and did not follow through with sending us a confirmation on our design appointment.

I am extremely disappointed with this company. We had picked out our flooring, cabinets, and blinds months prior to moving into our new home. When we move in there was no blinds and when we called to find out what happened they didn’t have any answers. When they finally showed up, they installed the wrong blinds that we chose. They then didn’t show up to appointments that we had to miss work for. I would not recommend this place!
