Waiting 2 hours was a real treat, but the highlight was watching someone who came after me get their tiles first. Clearly, efficiency and fairness are top priorities.

I was at 80,740. Load was close to 49,000 pounds when I called to get a pallet removed, the person that answers the number you call to check in told me I had two options take it like that or come back to get whole load taken off. He talks to you like he owns you and your truck. Went back to get unloaded supervisors came out and asked me to take load they would fix weight issue. They should find another spot for the guy that checks you in since he thinks he above all.

I've been buying here for a while and the last year or so service has really fallen. Long wait times, no communication to customers and the service reps/ clerks have no sense of urgency and bad attitudes. It's a shame because there are not many roofing tile stores in the area but I've started driving to LA or the OC because waiting. 2-3 hours for an order is not acceptable in this line of work.
