I paid $45 for a basic pedicure. 1. Color I picked was not even close when I said something she just ignored me 2. I didn't even get the basic. No lotion, no heal scrub, no hot towel. I asked for regular polish. She gave me gel. She told me the price, never gave me a receipt. I gave her a $50. Bill and she said thank you and walked away. She never asked if I wanted my change or if I was even going to tip. I used to come here all the time. If you get anyone but Mike walk out.
Oh, I was extremely impressed! The quality of the work is exceptional! The location couldn't be better. The price is affordable, especially considering the quality of work! I'm on a fixed income and this is something I can handle. I found my nail spa and that is where I'm going to continue to go. Bravo people bravo
I've avoided this salon due to the reviews. I gave it a shot because it is so close to home and open extended hours/ weekends for walk ins. I got a pedicure. The person helping me did a decent job, and was extremely nice. They were very gentle and didn't cut me when removing cuticles. That's the reason for 3 stars instead of one. I will never return here because I don't believe they're sanitary and it's actually quite alarming. I'll explain. I was seated immediately and noticed the chairs aren't very clean, this didn't make me want to leave, but as I was sitting down I noticed the tools (nail clippers, cuticles remover etc) in my technicians cart had someone else's nails...read full review
