The instructors are very knowledgeable and friendly. They always have new exercises that work your entire body. They are very professional and begin classes right on time with constant instruction that is clearly modeled and explained. I have been attending this studio for nine years and have never been disappointed.
Pilates Circle Corona and Norco is a great place to engage with your mind and body! I started 2 years due to back pain and I can say I’ve had no back pain and gain so much core strength and a tone body! I can’t recommend enough these wonderful ladies! All the instructors are great and very supportive!
I have been coming to this studio for a little over a year. Workout classes were never my thing, but now I look forward to it every week. All of the instructors are amazing and so helpful. The workouts are fun and you will definitely feel it the next day.
