I have literally never written a bad review EVER but i swear to god I have never been more infuriated. I live in an apartment complex in mission Viejo, and we've been trying to get a swarm of termites out of my apartment for the past week. First they say, they'll try to treat last Thursday, then it became last Friday, then someone comes and looks at it and leaves and says they'll come back on Tuesday. Then, today we get a call from the exterminator that they'll be arriving in 30 minutes. Fast forward 2 hours later, NO ONE ARRIVES because apparently the guy showed up WITHOUT CHEMICALS TO TREAT TERMITES and won't be arriving until tomorrow!!!! I literally have never had such incompetent service from a company before. For the love of god, I just want to be able to sleep in my bed.

They work for our apartment complex and we keep having to call them back for termites. They take weeks to come sometimes and they are very unprofessional. They were talking bad about some of there customers which I think you should do at home and not around other customers. This will be the third time they come in the last 6 months.

My fiance and I live in an apartment Complex in Murrieta CA and a couple of months ago I noticed in our bathroom ants were around the bathroom tub. Like anyone would do that doesn't like ants or any other kind of insects in their home I would kill them. It got to the point that every time I would go into the bathroom I would kill at least 10 ants at a time. Last Sunday March 25, 2023 I had my fiance let our leasing office know about the issue. The lady in our leasing office says that Tuesdays are pest control days and to follow the prep instructions that is from this company. So on Monday I get the prep work done for the guy to spray for Tuesdays between 8am-noon. Noon came and went no pest control guy. We did inform the office that the guy never came and the ladies in our leasing office were shocked and said that the appointment was still scheduled so I just left the bathroom the way that it was. Wednesday morning since the guy didnt show the day before I went ahead and put everything back. About an hour and a half after I put everything back to the way the bathroom was the pest control guy shows up and asked " so what are we doing for you today" like he didnt know what he was spraying for ( even though the order said what he was spraying for and where he was supposed to spray). Since I moved every back in the bathroom and the guy was there ready to spray I asked him " Do you need me to move everything away from the walls so you can spray the full perimeter of the bathroom" because I felt bad. He then proceeds to say " No that wont be need". Then since I had to leave for 2 hours I had to get ready to leave ( I just had to throw on different clothes. It didn't take that long to get dressed: maybe 2 minutes at the longest before I heard the guy say " Your all set") I did go and look in the bathroom to see what was sprayed before I left and the door to the entrance of the bathroom was sprayed. So I left for 2 hours. I noticed on the sheet of instructions given by us from our leasing office that we would see results of ants or any other pests would be gone between 7-10 days of spraying. Today is the 9th day since the spray and we still have ants. I have had experience with other pest control companies with ants and other pest extermination and I saw results immediately after spraying. Also I didnt have to leave for 2 hours after spraying either. I will be notifying my leasing office after tomorrow if I am still seeing ants in my unit.
