The store offers a wide range of products and excellent customer service. Mary Carmen is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and dedicated to helping customers find what they need. Overall, customers have a great experience at Suncoast Mattress & Furniture, and many would highly recommend it.
The customer service was excellent. Was greeted at the door and was taken to exactly what I was looking for. Was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes and found the perfect chest I was looking for.
Sam, our sales associate was helpful & friendly, but not bothersome or hovering. He answered all our questions and explained everything we need to know. Hopefully the delivery will go as smoothly.
