I have to say that I was very pleased with Starbrite Carpet Cleaning. I explained to Kenny what I needed done and he was able to comply. I had a previous bad experience with another carpet cleaning company. Within days of having the carpets cleaned all the spots reappeared and the barstools they cleaned had water marks. It was a terrible job to say the least. Kenny explained his process of pre-spotting and vigorously shampooing the spots. And he also shampooed the barstools. He was able to promptly schedule an appointment and was right on time. It's been a couple of weeks and the spots have yet to return. And the barstools look beautiful.
