Dude helped me put to remove a stubborn bolt on my suspension. It required every trick in the book to remove but he never gave up and worked on it for about an hour. Didn't overcharge. Nice to see people help with random headaches that other shops rather not touch.

Best mechanic shop you can find. Really an honest mechanic. My parents have been coming here for years, and the level of service continues to be outstanding. Just to give you an example, after a diagnosis, Mike called us to let us know what the problem was. After looking around for the part that needed replacing, he called us back to inform us the soonest he could get it was in a week. To get us back on the road and not have us waiting for a week, he went above and beyond and took the part from his own car and put it in ours. Who does that?! I am blown away by the kindness and expertise they demonstrate to have at this shop. Good luck finding another place like this Gem.
