Julia answered the phone right away to explain the process and helped us schedule an inspection without any pressure. Michael arrived on time and immediately got to work inspecting every part of our home. He found multiple rodent entry points, including alcoves leading into the attic, gaps near the roofline, holes near the chimney, entries by the condenser, and openings around the exterior where birds could nest then cleared out the bird mites.
