I highly recommend Rodent Proof with Michael and Julia. From start to finish, they were thorough, honest, and incredibly helpful. Julia answered the phone right away to explain the process and helped us schedule an inspection without any pressure. Michael arrived on time and immediately got to work inspecting every part of our home. He found multiple rodent entry points, including alcoves leading into the attic, gaps near the roofline, holes near the chimney, entries by the condenser, and openings around the exterior where birds could nest then cleared out the bird mites. He sealed every single one of those areas with professional grade materials to prevent rats returning.

I was referred to RodentProof by another rodent company who said they’d be a better fit for us—and they were absolutely right. Julia answered the phone right away and was super helpful and kind from the start. She was very open and honest about their process and pricing, letting me know their services typically start around $1,200. But what really stood out was that she made sure I understood all my options, even if I didn’t end up going with them. She suggested looking for a local handyman on OfferUp or Facebook Marketplace if their service didn’t fit our budget, and she explained exactly what needed to be done: sealing holes, setting traps, and cleaning up droppings.

If pests had a Most Wanted list, Brandon would be on it. This man rolled up to my house like the Terminator for bugs calm, cool, and absolutely terrifying… if you’re an ant.

He found pests I didn’t even know I had. At one point, I’m pretty sure he spoke directly to a spider and told it to get out and it listened.

Professional, friendly, and armed with enough pest knowledge to qualify for a PhD in Bug Exorcism. My house is now a no fly, no-crawl zone.
