Great customer service ONCE you are able to reach a live person (hence one star deduction). My solar panels stopped working 3 years after installation. I first emailed the person that I worked with previously. Email was blocked. I then emailed the person whose name and email address was on the invoice (for 10K+!), again blocked. Then, I called the number that was on the paperwork, an automated system that either says "Thank you for using our automated system" after making a choice and hangs up on you, or transfers you to a mailbox that is "full and cannot leave a message"!! REP installed my solar equipment for my home promptly and efficiently. They were helpful in explaining details to me and responded quickly to my calls and emails. Pleased that it is up and working.
