The issue was with a rental property so it was even more stressful. He went out the same day to make sure we could get a piece of mind and a claim going with my insurance. He was fully knowledgeable of how the insurance companies handle claims so everything went through smoothly. When my washer malfunctioned and started leaking water, it ended up seeping through the vents to the downstairs restroom. Naturally, I panicked and called my go-to restoration guy, only to find out he had retired. Thankfully, I found Tyler. From the very first call, he was incredibly responsive. He arrived around 6:30PM to inspect my home and had his team at my house the next morning. Tyler is very knowledgeable and helped us navigate another nightmare in our home. We had a leak from our new dishwasher, which was due to a supply line being cut during installation. Tyler was so very helpful through the entire process and his advice was very much appreciated. Once we received the settlement amount, Tyler and Paul made things happen quickly, smoothly, and without any headache. They were clean and the work was quality. I appreciated their attention to detail! It was nice to get our kitchen back in order quickly.
