Would give zero stars if I could. This is the second year in a row I’ve had to chase down my school picture order. The customer service is extremely disappointing. 0/10 — would NOT recommend.

Terrible communication! Didn’t send me notifications of my child’s picture day. After realizing we “missed” picture day, I used a link that others were using and they gave me the wrong kids picture! So many parents at our middle school is complaining about this company.! I sent them an email over a WEEK ago and still no response!

This is by far the worst school picture and customer service experience we've ever had, or could expect to have with a photography company. After talking to several people at Premier to trying to reconcile this, there was zero effort to resolve this other than nice words, followed by no action. We ended up with terrible school/yearbook pictures x3 children. Our expectations for school pictures are already extremely low. That said, they managed to sink below our already miniscule expectations. One of my kid's eyes are closed, another has a crusty face because the photographer didn't even tell her when he was going to take the picture; he just snapped it as she sat down....read full review
