BEWARE of these SCAMMERS! We proceeded to rent two dumpsters with this company and were never informed of a weight limit, only thing that we were informed was of not dumping oil nor tires. We were already charged 675 per dumpster well one of them to our surprise passed 7lbs overweight and were charged almost 300 additional. When I called the office, the lady I had spoke to, claimed she always tells customers and that she told me about a weight limit. She never said that! This is ridiculous, how are we supposed to weigh a 40 yard dumpster plus never being informed of a weight limit. The only thing she said was I will inform my boss and will give you a call. A company that responds within minutes? That offers a quick, simple price on the phone? And shows up when they say they will? Oh- and they're cheaper? How do I give 10 stars? I had a large pile of dirt and (cut) sod to remove. I started by trying to get someone to remove the pile from my rear yard - labor and haul away. After call after call to any number of the gazzillion landscapers who have left cards stuck in my front door over the past year I got nowhere. No one had a truck large enough or that could carry the weight. Gave up and decided to get a dumpster and do the labor on my own. I probably made 15 calls minimum. It's funny that places that say they'll haul anything... won't. Or that offer quick quotes...don't. WMD wanted an outrageous amount. I landed on Power. An actual human answered the phone and I texted her photos and dimensions. She suggested the low boy and gave me a price and a date. Immediately. As in two days from my call. The price was $ 75 cheaper than the next guy who had never actually showed up. And her extra tonnage price was cheaper too. She asked for credit card info- it was SO easy I was afraid I was getting scammed. The dumpster showed up exactly within the one hour window I was quoted. The driver was polite and quick. I got it loaded in just a couple of days and they picked up just as fast. EASY!!! I kept waiting for an extra tonnage charge but it never happened. Cannot recommend enough.
