We live in Altadena and were indirectly affected by the Eaton fire. Our house was spared from fire, but not from smoke and soot damage. I saw Paul Davis trucks at our next door neighbors and asked them what I needed to do to get a quote on restoration services. I looked up their Google listing and found 87 five star reviews and felt confident to call them for an appointment. The day I called, they said a representative was in the neighborhood and could stop by later that day. Three days later after finishing up work on my neighbor's home, they started work on our home. In 48 hours they completed the job and it was safe to move back in just 4 weeks after the fires. Thank you Paul Davis for the great work! We have already referred a few neighbors who asked about the service we received. :)
When our PEX line leaked and caused our ceiling to cave in our Insurance sent out The Paul Davis team. Ray Fleming arrived within the hour with a warm smile and reassurance that they were there to help. Ray is one of the kindest people I have ever met, he loves his trade, but it is evident that he cares for the people affected by the emergency so much more. His professionalism and ability to communicate the next steps as well as what to expect with ease created the opportunity for trust to be built and peace to set in. Every step of the way he communicated clearly to both myself and the insurance company, he was knowledgeable about the process and determined to provide the BEST service! Not only is Ray’s work exceptional, efficient and thorough, but he, himself is one in a million! When someone has a deep passion for what they do and loves people it is so refreshing! A leaking shower pan and then the discovery of lead in tiles forced us to redo our whole master bathroom. Paul Davis people like Eli, Rudy, Jose, and Frank took a personal interest in getting it all fixed and making it look nice too. Although the pandemic caused some delays, these guys' honesty and hard work helped us through. The final result looks great.
