Natalie, the district manager, helped me transfer my membership to Phoenix. She went above and beyond in customer service, which is a rare quality these days. I was so impressed with her prompt and friendly response over email that I am now a loyal customer to PBT. I'll be sure to keep my membership when I move to Las Vegas too!

I went in as a first time spray tanner and was nervous at first. The lady at the counter was so helpful and made me feel so comfortable. I had a million questions and was overwhelmed. She answered them and made suggestions and made me feel at ease. The outcome was pretty good for a spray tan booth! I will definitely be returning and telling my friends about this place. Chasity and Angie were so kind and welcoming. They helped me get started on my new membership. I’m excited to get my tan back with their amazing diamond bed. I’ve tanned at other places before and this bed is amazing! Thank you so much
