So far getting an appointment has been a nightmare (Upland office) Called and was on hold and finally left a call back number. The called back 3 days later and I missed the call (no name on the caller ID) Called back again - was on hold for a total of 32 minutes before scheduling an appointment. I'm hoping the Dr is better than his staff. So inconsiderate to waste people's time like this.

This place has gone down the shitter since Pac Derm took over. Dr Roshdieh is still awesome, but the front office people are rude and incompetent. They canceled my appointment with out telling me, which seems to be something they do based on other reviews I've read. I'm not wasting any more time with Pac Derm.

Please do not waste your time if it is valuable to you. I work in the office 3 days a week and at home 2 days a week. I switched my days in the office this week to be able to make this appointment in Corona. I waited in the reception area for 1 hour and in the exam room for 30 minutes and never saw Dr. Eric Sako. I eventually walked out! They wasted 1.5 hours of my time that I will never get back not to mention I had to use sick time for this appt. I asked for a medical records release form so I can go to another dermatologist and my co-payment to be reimbursed.
