Pria is amazing! She always gives my eyebrows the perfect shape, and I leave feeling great every time. I love that it’s a walk-in, so I never have to worry about waiting for an appointment. She’s consistently professional, friendly, and skilled. If you’re looking for someone who does a fantastic job every time, Pria is the best! Highly recommend!

The last 2 times I went in for threading I left with cuts on my brows. The lady does not listen to what I asked for and just grabs hair and skin and pulls. I am on no way a baby but her threading was just painful. I let her know she was hurting me and when she ripped my skin off and she said nothing. I left with my brows thin, uneven, swollen and cut. The lady never apologized.

There are a couple people who do a fantastic job here. And I'm sorry to you ladies that I must leave this review. But when you go to a place and you have 50/50 chance of loving your results, or destroying your eyebrows, it's a one star for me. My fault, really--when someone who doesn't have her own eyebrows done motions for you to get in a chair, don't do it. First, I have small eyebrows to begin with. I came for shape. For the first time ever in my decade of threading, this stylist threaded above my brow, which took out some integral hairs that resulted in a bald patch. Then, when I asked for more of an arch, with a picture, of myself, with the arch I asked for, and pointed where I would like the arch, instead of making more of an arch, my eyebrows were made thin, with the arch in the wrong place. Instead of brushing up the hairs and trimming, she threaded them off and they were thinning in the top as well. When I got home, more hairs fell out. It's rare I'd leave a review with anything other than positive things to say, but it was making me upset, filling in the bald patch on my eyebrow, and noticing stray hairs away from my brow that were left, so I thought I'd save someone else the trouble and warn you all to go somewhere else if your regular lady isn't available.
