What the heck are they doing here speem collection?! It's ridiculous I was told the wait would be 30-45 mins. I've been here for 2 hours. Just pee and go what's taking so long to process this!?
Been waiting for 2 hours and during that time a gentleman left after being kept waiting for an hour and a half just for his appointment (what's the point in having appointments lol) Smells gross in here, I just needed my physical exam for DOT. Mistake to come here, last place I went took 30 minutes max to complete my exam.
Took 2.5 hours to see TWO patients. No one else came in or out during this time. Smells terrible in here and the workers just tried to make me come back after I showed up 2 hours before the last appointment, also why are the workers standing around on their phones gossiping about everyone. Worst costumer service and just no human decency. Nasty place for nasty people
